Due to hygiene, we cannot accept returns on our products.

Exchanges (for faulty goods)

We only replace items for our wholesale customers due to a manufacturing defect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us to arrange return. We do not accept retail returns. For retail returns, please contact your retailer/place of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

Although robust, our products are not meant to last a lifetime and will need to be replaced at some point depending on frequency and type of use.
